Rain, you are not doing me a favour, I am paying for a service!

Rain internet is absolutely useless!!! Every month I have problems especially between the 25th and last day of the month. So sick of their useless service!!! The tower I’m connected to has been faulty for 3 days now. When phoning the call centre, the one operator is as *********** as the next. The call centre operator always ask the most ridiculous questions, “how long have you been experiencing the problem” YOU KNOW HOW LONG THE TOWER HAS BEEN FAULTY!!!! Then telling you to switch the router off and on numerous times (as if you have not already done it prior to phoning them) and move the router closer to a window, when all they should do is to admit how useless they are and give an honest estimate as to when the service you are paying for will be available!!!!! FIX YOUR FN TOWER!!!!!! IT’S BEEN THERE DAYS ALREADY!!!!! You’re not doing me a favour, I am paying for a service!!!!!
