Can rain please attend to this urgent matter because they keep on saying an agent will contact us but nothing.. We want our money back that you deducted from an account but we not using your services please refund, I want to lodge a formal complaint because I pleaded with you guys numerous times and I'm gonna go to an ombudsman this is ridiculous
