Rain Wrongfully debiting

I canceled my rain 5G within 2 days of activation as I was not picking a good enough signal. They gave a whole lot of running to cancel and eventually I posted on Hellopeter then only they contacted me to arrange pick up of the router. My refund took another week or so. Then yesterday they debited me again.
