Rain - Would NOT recommend

I'm not at all happy with this service provider (if you can even call it a service) I cancelled my service with Rain on 01.03.24, I received a reference number for my cancellation and was told that someone will be in contact with me to collect the device. After receiving messages on my cell for that I owed money, I finally called them again to query why they are wanting more money from me, only to find out that the 1st person I spoke to (with whom I canceled my service) did absolutely nothing but take my call and gave me a reference number. Then the 2nd person I spoke to assured me that she has canceled my service as per my request. However just the following day, Rain again tried to take money out of my account, this continued for about a week, (remembering that every "failed" transaction charges bank fees) I then again called Rain Customer Service. By this time, I was quite upset already, because how many times do I actually have to cancel my service before it happens???? (Keeping in mind that Rain is still trying to take money out of my account every day) - 06.04.24 I then called for the 3rd time and the person I spoke to ASSURED me that she will do an immediate cancelation on my service. But why wasn't it immediately done when I made the first call I asked. To which she didn't reply. She then advised that she could see I wasn't using the service, and I don't owe Rain any money. Today is 31.05.24 and RAIN is still trying to take money out of my account. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME for collection of the device. I had to set my online purchase amount to Zero and had to move my money out of my account. This is the WORST service I have EVER received, and I wouldn't recommend Rain to anyone.
