Rain - Worste service provider possible

Rain is the worst company I ever dealt with - There is no number to contact them on, and when you sent a Query via the technical support centre, you get a acknowledgement of your query, but they simply do nothing about the query and they do not get back to you - The internet speed I get is so bad, I can do nothing via the internet, cannot download, cannot even do some mails from home. I get billed every month for my service, but receive no service. Rain you are the worst
