Rain worst WiFi service deliverer

South Africa please don't use rain for WiFi it's the worst place to go bad service I recently order WiFi on the ten of August On the 13 of August I received a WhatsApp from cc'd couriers that my WiFi will be delivered on the 19th at Saldanha baai 5 Avenue 10 my adres is I n klawer I contacted rain rectified the adres that is wrong on their side Today they said I delay the process because I changed adres where it's actually a fault on their side Now I must wait ten days before they pay my money back But I didn't hesitate to pay them Worst service on south Africa
