RAIN WORST WIFI PROVIDER...ACID RAIN

This is THE all time worst WIFI services provider. They should rename themselves Desert, because nothing "grows" or "flourishes" here. We got drips and drabs of coverage from day 1...and from there spots....gave up watching Netflix and my kids could not watch their online lecture... I thought no internet company could be worst than Telkom, but RAIN sure proved me wrong.... No feedback, no response on queries. Just a vacuum that takes your money. (You should have an option where one can give no stars-RAIN deserves none)
