RAIN - Worst wifi Network Service Provider (poorest customer services)

Rain is by far the worst wifi network service provider that i have experienced. the customer service is the worst, their so called 24hour responce to cusromers does not exist. their phone and app is forever not working, you log tickets for support and dololo responce. i have been asking for my debit order date to change and they said it was changed 2 months ago but they still debit on the wrong date. do yourself a favour and get an SP who acknowleges value for money by rendering good customer service.
