Rain - Worst wifi ever

We've had the 4G wifi sim since about June this year and I must say it's the worse wifi we have ever had. There has maybe been 1 day since we've had the wifi that we have been able to use it with no signal problems. We have logged a complaint with Rain before. They called us to make some setting changes on the internet including moving the router in the house. They checked that the router was compatible and advised that we close to one of the towers so shouldn't have a signal problem. Its rediculous, you have signal problems 100% of days, you cannot do anything online without it kicking you off. You cannot watch even a 10 minute YouTube show without it buffering for signal most of the time. Its pathetic, I really dont know what to do anymore. I wouldn't recommend Rain to anyone. Maybe they need to lose most of their customer base before they decide to do anything about it. I am really on the look for another wifi lte option because this is not my money worth anymore.
