Rain 🌧️ worst ****ty service provider

This is the worst Internet service provider. The very same months I had this router it started giving problems. I even upgraded my package thinking that it would make a difference but the same thing happened. It kept on going off and on and sometimes stays off for 3-4 days in a row. I have sent numerous emails and there is no response whatsoever. There is no contact number to call. Rain does not care but you get a reminder every month when your subscription needs to be paid. Pathetic and worse service if no service at all. If I knew where the offices were I would surely cause a scene. Rain doesn't live up to its name They say when it rains it pours and this is really what's happening with this ****.

I would not recommend Rain to anyone rather go to another service provider.
