RAIN WORST SUPPORT
RAIN is the worst ever with customer support. i logged a call on 15 July and still have not received any reply to the ticket. its now 2 weeks later and i have no answer to what i requested details on. contacting their support line is pointless as the recorded message says they wont take calls or chats or even emails during the COVID situation. how do i get my ticket looked at if they wont even bother looking???
