RAIN WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER - TRY AND CHANGE MY MIND !!!!

I am writing this as i am very upset with the service i am getting from Rain internet providers . I have had problems with my wifi since friday last week and it seems that even thou i am a paying customer my problem does not get solved . I have spend hours on the whatsup with a bot i am sure i have contacted the "technical team" via email as per the bot and still nothing gets done. I pay R1025 a month to get uncapped wifi for 100Mbps up and downloads and my speed is 7 . I have had this router for about a year now it is the 101 and were we have put it in our house we have never had problems before it is near a window it is high up everything its is only been these last few days that we have had a problem . I feel if i pay for something i need to recieve the service . A lady from Rain contacted me yesterday and said she will call me back she never did , that just shows me no one cares .

I have rebooted and switched off 100 of times and send emails to the technical teams but no one cares . When they reboot from their side my speed goes up to 70Mbps , so i know they are regulating our speed then .

Please can someone assist me before i cancel and you loose a paying customer!!!! I really dont want to cancel rain but i am fedup
