RAIN WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!

I have been struggling with Rain internet connection for more than a week now I have called them more than 5times all they tell me is to reset APN settings which I did more than 20 times already there's still no internet connection when I give feedback or they realise the problem is still there they pretend not to hear you or just hang up I'm fed up with Rain! Worst customer service ever!
