Rain worst service provider ever

I bought a Ra n portable wifi unit 2 weeks ago about 10days ago i received the unit and sim card but the unit never wanted to connect to any network ive struggled to get one person to contact and assist ne with my problem on Friday a consultant at last contacted me and gave me the problem that the sim card was not connecting to any services this i already knew he said someone will contact me immediately this was 3 days ago this is the worst services that ove ever experienced and now ive paid and i don't receive anything for my money
