Rain WORST service provider and customer service

The worst service provider and customer service I have ever experienced. I used to recommend this services but not after speaking to Sizwe who was soo rude and abrupt. I have been calling and following up on a billing enquiry I logged over a week ago and they tell you that the turn around time on responses are 24 hrs but nobody have ever since called me back. only to find out that when I called today and spoke to Sizwe who according to him my complaint was resolved without even my knowledge. First of all how do you even bill a person with suspended services and then come back and tell me that it doesn't matter for how long my services were active they bill according to the sim plan.
