Rain worst service provider
Rain is the worst internet service provider I have used their customer service is just as pathetic....i have been trying to get hold of them for the past 2 days with no response whatsoever....but when it comes time to pay they are quick to respond....i have been unable to work for 2 days unable to access important emails my children cannot even do online school...my life has been at a stand still because I can not do anything without access to the internet and I am so broke with the holidays I can't even buy data....do not use rain you're better off with vox and their bad signal

10 Jan 2023, 14:08It's been 5 days and rain has still not resolved the issue I have logged a call to cancel my contract and immediately received a call with a promise that the issue will be resolved I should please stay with them....the consultant ensured that a technician would come out to connect me to a tower that is working but still noone has come...why do you make false promises to keep customers yet you do not deliver
