Rain worst service ever!!!

At the end of December we joined rain's R479 unlimited 4G package. First few weeks had almost no speed but it improved and we were finally able to use the service!! Shortlived as on 25th March the router just went offline and since then no internet. We phoned everyday since then to no avail! Nobody gets back to us with solutions or answers. I phoned again on the 2nd April as now they also deducted April's premium...even though we still haven't got any internet or customer service. They keep saying the issue will be escalated and they'll get back to us. Still nothing no call back, no answer to our problems... worst service ever! I would not recommend this service to anyone....!!!!
