Rain worst service ever. 2 weeks, no conne timcton and n

They deserve Zero stars. Signed up 2 weeks ago for uncapped 5G. Well, 1.5 weeks went by and still didn't have a connection. Didn't use a single byte of Internet tbh. Many mails and calls to "support" and 10 zendesk tickets later, each person "logging a ticket" and promising someone else will. Call me. I then Requested a cancellation and refund and a week later still not even a call to comfirm I'll get my refund. I went back to Afrihost because they actually answer their calls. Rain was my worst ever experience with a company. Sad thing, i have no. Internet and still refund. I suggest never using these *******. The CEO and staff should be embarrassed to say they're working for rain. I'll tell everyone i meet to avoid rain. Cheap is definitely not better this time.
