Rain worst service

I app**** for a Rain Sim card R250 internet monthly. Received it on the 13th March 2020. Used it one week and on the 20th woke up to no service Tried to reboot. Still nothing Have been contacting rain via email, phone, Facebook and Twitter and noresponse.

All I want to know is where do I cancel my subscription because I have received nothing but bad service from you, actually No service at all. I would not recommend them at all to anyone needing internet.
