Rain: Worst Service

I have phoned Rain to let them know that my sim card is not working and that I can't use the sim at all. The sim is just over 2 months old and not working.

I received a email where they say they couldn't get hold of me. But yesterday 31/07/2024 I gave the lady 2 numbers to phone. My number is not working, so where the hell have they been phoning me?????
