RAIN WORST SERVICE
Worst connection and even worst customer service. Got my call cut off by one of their support agent by the name Thandi whilst explaining my issue. When logging a call for support they promise to call you back but never do. Now theyre bill is due for a service i havent used since the 28th of December 2023 till date

Im back online, however i would like to state that your customer service/call center must improve on how they handle customer complaints and try to resolve them before issues are escalated to platforms such as hellopeter or social media. All in all im happy with the outcomes.
