Rain Worst Service

I have Rain LTE unlimited. Our internet has been up and down for months. They are very quick to take money from your account but when you report an issue, they are unable to help.

I contacted Rain through Facebook to complain about the internet speed, they mentioned there are technical issues with the towers and they are unable to give us ETA.

0.10Mbps download speed?? They are clearly not interested in assisting existing customers.
