Rain worst server provider ever. Stay away
I paid my installment of R535 screenshot the payment and yet they cancel your wifi. Then when you login to your rain account it shows clearly NO outstanding amount, also took screenshot of that. This is the worst service every. I do now understand why they are losing clients. Cause they take your money but don't give you service but yet irritates you to upgrade. For what more worse service???? They better refund my money

06 Sept 2024, 22:04These steps don't work nor does anyone pick up the phone when I call you just play that awful music over and over and when you ask on app for call back no one calls back. Because of your mess it is now 2 days without internet that I paid for. Fix it
