RAIN-WORST PROVIDER AT CANCELLING PRODUCTS

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My Sim card got lost months ago and I requested for a Sim swap which never happened. I subsequently canceled my subscription with them online which they clearly have never processed. Even called them to cancel their services and was told they would 'investigate' and get back to me as the aim card was still in use. To top it off, now they have debited me TWICE this month for something I canceled and make no use of. It's always easy signing up but a nightmare having to cancel with them. Absolutely disgusted by their service, or lack thereof.
