RAIN - WORST NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER

This is now really getting tiresome. I have been trying for weeks to get my slow/useless RAIN network sorted. I have been speaking to your call center and all those useless people say is they will escalate the problem to support and nothing happens. WHEN I ACTIVATED MY RAIN I WAS LINKED TO A TOWER 800m FROM MY HOME. Now I am linked to a tower 3,8kms from my modem!!!!! And no signal, I work from home so no WA/Teams etc…. When RAIN wants the subscription, they are the first to suspend your service but a customer gets no service from them What am I paying for here? Excuses or what. Please get me linked to the original tower. This cannot take days/weeks to sort out….. Comeon!!!!!!!!!
