Rain Worst network ever

Paying R625 a month for Rain 5G (30Mbps) and the service is beyond disappointing. My router shows full signal and 5G, but basic websites either take forever to load or load half the content. Streaming, browsing, even opening emails sometimes feels impossible.

The worst part? Their call center is based in India, and you get little to no actual help — just the same script over and over again. Rain, you need to take responsibility. This is not what I’m paying for. Fix your network or be honest with your customers.
