Rain worst ISP in the world

Last week Sat i had a break in at my place and i called rain to advise them that part of the things that were ****** was their router and requested for a replacemant router.I do have a police case number and affidavit to prove that the router was ******.Rain then sent me a quote to say they need R4000 for replacement of the router .I then called today to ask if they could suspend the services while i make arrangements to pay for the router upon which i was advised i still need to pay for the services even though im not using until Ive paid up the router.Im not sure why i have to pay for service which Im not recieving.Rain is a joke of a company and Im not sure what type of management is running.Im not sure why they dont have insurance for their devices as they are well aware that life happens and these types of incidents do happen.They are a ******** company who take advantage of people
