Rain, Worst ISP in our Country

You guys have no customer service, My account said i needed to pay so i made a payment with my card. Payment went off my account and now for the last 8 days i have paid for something that i am not getting as it says i still need to pay. I have two packages with you. I would like a refund for all the downtime and for the past 8 days that ive paid for and have got no service. I HATE RAIN..... worst decesion of my life to sign up with you.
