Rain. Worst isp ever

Probably the isp in South Africa with the worst customer service ever. I have the Rainone router with the 30mb/ps package. For two weeks now the best speed I can get out of it is 0.6 mbs. If I am lucky. Rest of the time it is dead. Contacting the helpline is pointless as I must have about 40 promises that " a agent will be contacting you shortly" promises. Should be about time that they get taken to the ombudsman. Paying for a service that is not delivered. Either they are just the worst or the router is faulty. Whichever way the service is not there to get it solved
