Rain- worst internet serviced provider in Africa- no internet service since 08.12.2022

I have had no internet service since 08.12.2022. Complained on FB and Twitter. Requested a refund but every time I call the agents duck and dive informing there is no ticket logged for the request. How can anyone pay for an internet service that is offline and there is no feedback/accountability from Rain. The INDIA call centre is the worst thing as there is not even a team leader who is willing to come to the line. I hope everyone knows your company is going down the drain as the worst internet serviced provider in Africa.You have no shame. Check how many time I have called with no resolution.
