Rain worst internet service provider ever

We used Rain as a Wi-fi service provider. Unfortunately the service and signal is very bad. I am struggling now for almost two month the get hold of someone to cancel this month to month contract. They still decucting money from my account and this after numerous requests to stop this. They are currently *****ing my money as I did not give permission. A warning to all people. Do not use Rain as a internet service provider as you will never get rid of them or getting hold of them afterwards
