Rain worst internet provider world wide

If I could give a zero rating I would. The worst internet service provider worldwide. It was quick to join. But with 2 months of service started experiencing problems with poor internet availability and connectivity and long lag times. When contacting for help, which took forever was told to move router to window!!!! Really!!! It was working perfectly when I started my contract and I hadn't moved it.

When I eventually got no service, cancelled in may 2021and was told I would have to pay the June fee of the following month too. Because that's in the "fine print" ... will I be getting my money back for the days I could not connect and did not have internet??? Because that's what I am paying for right!!!! Irrespective of the fact that I had no service or connection in in may....and had to incur additional cost to pay for connectivity from other companies.

So watch out for the fine print. This companies aim is not customer satisfaction or service at all.. I will always advise everyone not to use this company ever again in the future.

Stay as far away as possible!!!
