Rain worst internet provider to ever exist!

Rain won't cancel my 5G package. It has never worked. Everytime I call to ask about my cancellation, I get told that it has been escalated. Escalated for close to a whole month.

I signed up for and paid rain in advance on 27/04/2022, but am being told I will need to pay for May 2022. I never had the router in April, it was delivered 2 weeks late. And it has never connected to network.

Can rain please cancel and give me my refund!

Now that Rain has collected their device they aren't responding to my enquiries about my refund! Maybe start using that marketing money on towers that actually work.
