Rain Worst Internet Company for Support.

Worst internet company for support. I cancelled my account more than 30 days ago and Rain is still debiting my bank account. I have requested Rain to remove my card from my profile portable but they don't respond or call when calls are logged. They send reference numbers stating they will call back. No support consultant has called back. They are quick to increase prices but never deliver a support service.
