Rain - Worst Fibre Service Provider

Rain is the worst fibre service provider. I have constantly and consistently had issues with poor connection and terrible customer service. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for close to 5 months. I have spoken to several agents who have all confirmed they have processed a refund and cancellation but all these months later this still hasn’t been done. The sheer lack of professionalism and competence is actually just shocking!
