Rain worst ever. Very frustrating

It's now day 4 after I rica'd my sim and still no activation. Nothing. I've been calling them everyday and nobody over there seem to know what's going on. they keep telling me my matter been escalated and to wait 24 hours but nothing materialises after that. And everytime you call you have to explain the same story over and over. This is ridiculous now. Worst service ever.
