Rain - worst ever internet service provider

Rain is the worst ever company to get your wifi from. The past 3 months I have logged several tickets for intermittent or no service at all. Yes, the technical department responded "you are free to get another service provider" They gave me a small credit amount, but not nearly enough to cover my costs incurred for buying mobile data to be able to use the internet. They should not advertise their services if they cannot supply the demand.
