Rain worse then Telkom

Rain is the worst service provider I have ever had my telkom ADSL had better speeds, it seems that there is only one person working in their service department as I have logged multiple calls only to hear back from one guy who so far has not resolved or given feedback on my problem which is paying for 30Mbps 5G and receiving 4Mbps on 4G that constantly drops to 0.9 Mbps and that is testing direct to Rain, since buying Rain I have had 5G once for about 10 min and my speed was great I got 200Mbps down, that was the day I activated, and also the last time I got 5G. If you are on telkom (where I was) and thinking of changing because of bad service don't, rain is way way way worse.
