Rain worse than ****ty service

I have ordered a Rain 5g modem from rain and it was delivered by RAM. It was supposed to a simple process to plug it in and activate. It's the 4th week now and the modem has never worked. I have logged countless tickets on their portal and yet no single response apart from generic automated responses. Their support is non exist ant. Rain is a horrible service provider worse than telkom. They are taking my money for free. I hope they rot in hell.
