RAIN - WORSE SUPPORT EVER

I received my router on 30 June 2022 at my work. The card was activated and I received an email /WA confirming this. When I got home I plugged it in and lo and behold NO INTERNET. I phoned the customer service and they gave me a ref no ***. I asked that I be contacted after 5 on 01 July 2022 as I would like to use my internet over the weekend. Till now no call from the Support Centre. Really I have not had such poor service in my life. These people are really useless when it comes to support!!!!!!!!
