Rain Worse experience ever

I have been having a bad experience with you. Last month you didnt deduct money from my account and i evenetually called in to find out what is going on and spoke to gentlemen who said the issue was resolved, only yesterday i find out again you didnt deduct money from my account. you now have the wrong banking details on the system. but this morining you tried to deduct on the right account without notification or anything whatsoever . this is totally unprofessional.
