Rain won’t send me statements and i can’t view them online
I have been asking for an email with an itemised billing that shows why I owe Rain even though I cancelled and I didn’t take my sim Card and router without paying for them. It has been 3 months and no email with these details has been sent to me. Do not call me. Send statements.

I need a statement that explains why I owe money on both my 4g and 5g sim cards. When I took possession of both in 2019 and 2021 respectively. I made upfront payments and both times I paid the full amount. I did not take the data and then pay at the end of the month. I paid at the time of buying so how do I owe money after I cancel? That is the statement that I want and no do not call me I want all this explanation in writing. If you can forcefully debit my card without authorization, you can write down an explanation. Thanks.
