Rain won't refund my money they stole

Rain has really taken this too far. I've still not received my refund for 2 installments that were ****** from my account.

I was told 10 working days and it's been 10 working days. Now I don't know what I need to do to get what's mine. They've collected their device and it seems they've not cared to say anything at all.

I've asked when I'll get the refund and no response. What a **** service.
