Rain wont let me return their piece of ****

Rain called me asking to test their internet service and told me if i was not happy i can return the product and recieve a fulll refund within 7 days. From the first day the internet service was ****ty so i have been struggling to return this piece of **** and ive been sending email after email but no one seems to respond. Dont get the Rain 5G because if you not happy they wont let you return it
