Rain won't cancel my subscriptions and bill me for services I no longer use.

It's been a nightmare trying to get my subscriptions cancelled by Rain. I have sent more than five requests to have my accounts and subscriptions cancelled, but they have simply been ignored and continue to bill for subscriptions I no longer use. This is not only unprofessional, it's borderline ************.
