Rain won’t cancel my Internet service.

I keep trying to cancel my internet service. I even returned the device when it stopped working and they confirmed cancellation. When I called to confirm that the service was cancelled given that I have given a month notice, they kept putting me on hold and no-one would assist me. How does one cancel the service if they won’t assist you.
