Rain withholding my money

This is the second time I have had to post about Rain and their shocking service. I posted a few days ago which prompted a reply from them finally but with no substantial information or resolution. I am still owed R479 which was promised to be in my account a week ago. No free trial, shocking coverage, absolutely no customer service and with holding money on top of all of that.
