Rain withholding funds.

Not only did their service not work. They then committed to give me a refund as I cancelled within 7 days - they picked up their router and now a few weeks later have said they won't be refunding me. After putting it in writing they would refund me.

If you value your money don't use Rain as they will withhold your funds as they see fit.
