RAIN WITH TIPICAL SERVICE!!!

SO Frustrating! Selling wifi service to pensioners. What the hell is going on with this wifi. Been two ****** years! We struggle to get network. In this hlloouse it started every evening after 9pm then thw network switched of so tipical thats the time we are home .... and when thats not enough then they started switching it off after 8pm and now after 6pm it is switch off!!!! When you call in you hold on for hours!!! And no answers when they finally deside to answer the damn phone they are no help at all.... all they say is move the rain router. And the connection will be restored. I moved the router in ever room and nothing no use they take the amount everymonth and we dont use the wifi. What am i as a pensioner to do with this kind of service!!! Please advise maybe now they will actually take me as a customer seriously cause i will take this further if we get no response thank you hellopeter for your help in making my voice heard
