Rain with the unprofessional DCC courier

I've never been treated so stupid and big headed crazy person like this in my life!!! last week on Thursday 13th the guy from DCC arrived at the promises without any patiency he left while I was 15min away from my workplace then he told me he's at the Mooi Rivier Mall I drove there when I called him at arrival he told me that he just left and wiill come the following day.

On Friday the 14th I got the call from DCC I was very clear again to them I'm working on-site just like their courier driver and requested them come on Monday or call me an hour before arrival and the lady didn't get back to me as promised!!! Today 18th they came again without any communication and the only missed call on *** @13h33 I called them back within 15min and again I was expecting the call back as they were checking how far is the delivery person and nobody got back to me I called them again still didn't get any help!

Is there any other courier service without DCC or any other means of delivery because I'm extremely unhappy with their services 2 weeks struggling with the sim card!!!

I need the sim and please any other way besides DCC will help a lot!!!! I really don't want DCC services at all!!!! As a client to Rain I really need your assistance please 🙏 😩
